Prologue

A supra-brow lift makes an incision above the eyebrow and pulls up the sagging skin to improve wrinkles and drooping of the eyelid. Cause

Why orbicularis correction is needed

The orbicularis oculi is the muscle that tightens and closes the eyelid when you shut your eyes, and it runs in a ring around the eye.
When aging reduces the elasticity of the orbicularis oculi muscle, the skin and fat around the eyes sag along with it.
For this reason, correcting the orbicularis oculi muscle is what allows naturally youthful eyes.

How is the APEX Supra-Brow Lift performed?

Mainly used when the gap between the eye and eyebrow is narrow, it suits cases where both the eyelid and eyebrow have drooped.
An incision is made just above the eyebrow, excess skin and muscle are removed, and the skin is then drawn down and sutured.
